Photographs are the one thing powerful enough to slow us down. You may not always recall
every detail of your spouse’s face as he said “I do,” your newborn’s wrinkly skin, or the way your
parents looked at each other on their anniversary. These moments - and all the little ones in
between - pass so very quickly. My goal when I pick up my camera, both personally and
professionally, is to capture a moment and preserve it. That is why I take photos and why I love
photos so very much. With the proper attention to detail, the memories captured can recreate the
feelings of the event for years to come.
